Information Architecture & Web design
Year: 2022
Role: UI/UX designer
Team: Cross-team project; product and communication team collaboration
This project was completed during my time as a UX/UI Designer at Air (Creative Ops and Saas company). Due to confidentiality agreements, the actual product imagery is limited, and the visuals shown have been modified for presentation purposes.
Project Definition: The objective of this project was to resolve issues around the discoverability and usability of the product's existing features, ensuring they are more accessible and intuitive for users to navigate and utilize effectively.
Followed Steps:
➔ User group research (E-commerce)
➔ Company goals and problems definition
➔ Information architecture studies
➔ Ui assets creation
➔ Website design
Step 1: Research Findings
As part of the Product department, I worked closely with the team to analyze the findings from user interviews and observe the product and feature interactions of the users. These reports provided key insights into user behavior and pain points, guiding the design process.
The research phase was conducted in collaboration with the Communication and Sales departments, who carried out the interviews, gathering valuable feedback from e-commerce partners and end-users.
Step 3: Intervention Points – Website Homepage Design
As the first point of interaction before downloading the collaboration product, the homepage plays a crucial role. To enhance the user experience and communicate the product’s functionality and potential, I redesigned the homepage, incorporating animations for four main functions that mirrored the product's UI. This alignment between the homepage and the product interface created a seamless experience while effectively showcasing key use cases.
